Customer Service Centre (CSC) has been operational since April 1999 and is based in Coalville, Leicestershire.We were established to enable residents of East Midlands Housing to contact us more easily, offering greater consistency and freeing up local housing and maintenance staff to deliver the service out on our schemes. We pride ourselves in the service provided.
