Take advantage of paying your rent by direct debit and be entered into a prize draw

East Midlands Housing will be entering everyone that is renting a property and pays their May rent charges by Direct Debit into a Grand Prize Draw at the beginning of June 2008.
One lucky prize-winner will have their May rent charge payment refunded*
If you have a bank or building society account, Direct Debit is the simplest way to pay your rent. It saves time, is more convenient and gives you greater control over your money.
It couldn't be easier, just print off and fill in the
Direct Debit Form, maying sure all sections are completed and it is signed, then return to us at our Jubilee House office.
*subject to rent account being in credit. If the account is in arrears, the refund will be used to offset any outstanding arrears. Prize draw also applies to those residents who already pay by direct debit.
The prize draw will be carried out by a member of the Customer Excellence Panel at their June meeting.
The lucky winner will be notified by the end of June 2008. You will be asked to participate in publicity photos.
In the event of any dispute, the Group Chief Executive's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
