Housing Application

If you are a tenant of another Housing Association or the Local Authority  please ask your landlord to contact us on your behalf and do NOT complete our application form.

Who can apply?

  • We accept applications from person’s aged 18 or over living in any part of the country.
  • Applicants who are under 18 will only be considered in special circumstances. We provide some housing for those aged 16 -18 who need support, these will only be considered for “Assured Shorthold” tenancies or licence agreements.
  • Applicants who are aged 55 or over can also request sheltered housing. This is fully independent self-contained accommodation with the back up of a warden and emergency call out service.
  • We cannot normally accept applicants who earn enough to buy a house, unless they are elderly, disabled or have exceptional circumstances which prevent them from buying their own home.
We may be able to offer some people the opportunity to buy a house on a part owned/part rented basis (shared ownership) via the “Homebuy” scheme.

Please refer to the Guidance notes before downloading and completing the application form and accommodation list.

It is important that you complete accommodation list and all the sections within the application form and sign the form and return it to the address at the end of the form.
