Best Value Reviews
Best Value is a process by which EMH demonstrates continuously improving services year on year. We must show that we have applied the four Cs of Best Value (challenge, compare, compete, consult) by carrying out reviews of their various housing services. We have a programme of reviews and for many of them the involvement of our residents is crucial.
