Aims & Objectives
We aim to provide high quality homes for rent and sale which contribute to sustainable neighbourhoods and communities. To achieve our aims we have developed key objectives. These are to:
- Provide affordable homes for those in housing need;
- Provide excellent, locally accountable customer services with opportunities for customers to actively participate in the management of their homes;
- Invest in and regenerate the communities and neighbourhoods we serve and, in partnership with other stakeholders, develop safe and decent neighbourhoods;
- Promote sustainable communities by investing in mixed tenure, mixed use schemes;
- Tackle social exclusion by taking a wider view towards the provision of employment, training, care and support, and other services as appropriate;
- Continuously improve our performance and services to achieve the highest standards of excellence;
- Achieve the highest levels of governance and accountability in the organisation;
- Be an effective and efficient social business, achieving value for money in all our activities;
- Be a service provider, employer and partner of choice.
