EMH awarded highest green light for governance

We are delighted to have received a full set of green lights from our latest Housing Corporation Assessment. We pride ourselves on providing good quality affordable homes and innovative housing solutions and it is pleasing that the Housing Corporation has recognised our growing strength as a developer and service provider.
We achieved the top green light for governance due to the effective leadership and control offered by our Board which is improving its own performance and that of the organisation.
We have been commended as a significant developing association, for our work in delivering the new Homebuy initiative and for our commitment to equality and diversity.
It is also significant that we were praised for our thorough and robust self-assessment. We believe that we have gone from strength to strength since EMH was set up 60 years ago but we continually evaluate our performance so that we can improve further as the housing sector rises to the challenges it faces.
We look forward to working with our partners, our residents and our communities to ensure that EMH continues to deliver quality housing services.
