A rewards scheme for EMH?

The aims of the “best value” working group are to investigate the viability and value for money of successful reward schemes and to recommend a range of desirable features and options for a reward scheme appropriate to the needs of EMH.

The working group surveyed over 165 current residents & customers (people who may become tenants & residents in the future) to ask them what they thought.

We asked would you feel more valued by EMH if there was a way to recognise and acknowledge the fact that you were a good customer and 82.9% of you said yes, with 15.2% saying it would make no difference & only 1.8% saying no.

We also asked if you thought that it would make you a better customer if your endeavours were rewarded? Again a high response said yes, 69.5%. and just over a quarter of you said it would make no difference.
