Best value is a programmed review by organisations of processes, products, services and functions to secure and sustain best value in terms of relevance to the user, quality and cost. All stakeholders must be consulted, so in the case of EMH, this involves consulting and working alongside our employees, local authorities, suppliers, strategic partners, the Housing Corporation and our tenants/residents.

This latest review was developed and prioritised with input from our Customer Excellence Panel and Quality & Best Value Steering Group and reflects customer priorities.
