The successful candidate will act as the 'clients representative' in the management of contractors and consultants in the delivery of Three Oaks Homes Captial Investment Programme. The role will involve project management from inception to completion of the decent homes programme. The post has management responsibility for an Investment Assistant and will require knowledge of KPI's for investment programmes. The post holder will also deliver presentations to stakeholders and attend site meetings providing technical and contractual skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience of working in a similar role, be educated to degree level and/ or hold a relevant professional qualification.
