The Scrutiny Panel is a group of residents who focus on our performance and monitor policy development initiatives. The panel meets every two months and is made up of residents who have actively worked with us on a regular basis. They have the opportunity to question and challenge staff on a range of performance issues.

Tenant inspectors receive detailed training and carry out checks to help us improve services. The results of the checks are collated into a report that is presented to the East Midlands Housing (EMH) Group Customer Council. Service managers will investigate and respond to the findings and confirm any actions and improvements to be taken.
