We have invested heavily in technology to provide customers with an efficient and streamlined service.
Our telephone system uses the latest technology to seamlessly route calls throughout the East Midlands Housing (EMH) Group. Our housing software allows us to deal with most types of housing or repair queries.
We have also invested in contact management software. We can record details of when you have contacted us so that the next time you call we will have the relevant information to hand to serve you better. It also means that we can tailor our service to meet your individual needs.
