Vision

Our aim is:

To provide high quality homes and excellent customer services, which create places where people want to live and where they are able to maximise their quality of life.

Our objectives:

to provide excellent, locally accountable, services to all our customers that maximise the choices that are available;
to be locally accountable to customers and enable them to have a real influence upon the management of their homes and the services they receive;
to work in partnership with local authorities and with other stakeholders to develop safe and decent neighbourhoods;
to provide access to employment, training and other services to tackle worklessness and financial exclusion;
to respond to the care and support needs as required by the diverse population of our society;
to invest in our properties to ensure that our homes remain of the highest quality and environmentally sustainable as well as meeting the evolving needs of our customers;
to continuously improve our performance in all key performance areas;
to achieve value for money and efficiency in all our activities;
to be a service provider, employer and partner of choice.
