We measure and report how we are performing against key service targets - performance indicators - for rent arrears, re-letting homes, call handling and repairs.
Our staff team, who are given clear targets that contribute directly to achieving business goals, are committed to assessing performance and making improvements where necessary.
We report our performance figures to our Board, scrutiny panel and also regularly provide performance information to our residents.
