Protecting the contents of your home

While we insure your building, we do not insure your furniture, belongings or decorations against theft, fire, vandalism and burst pipes and other household risks. You need to take out your own contents insurance.

Under a special scheme arranged with national insurance company Jardine Lloyd Thompson, it is easy for you to protect your belongings. You can arrange your insurance at a special affordable rate and the scheme is open to all tenants and owner occupiers.

When you take out this insurance, most of your household goods and contents will be insured in your home.
