Customer Service Centre
Our Customer Service Centre (CSC) was established to enable residents to contact us more easily, offering greater consistency and freeing up local housing and maintenance staff to deliver services on our schemes. We take pride in offering excellent customer service.
The CSC consists of a team of customer service advisors led by two team leaders and a head of customer service. The team will be able to deal with your query or direct you to someone who can.
What does the CSC deal with?
- repair requests and queries
- arrears queries and arrangements to pay
- rent and service charge account enquiries
- waiting list applications
- rent statement requests
- payment card requests
- general enquiries and basic housing advice
- reporting defects for new properties
- taking messages
- transferring your call to other departments
- setting up Direct Debit payments.
All calls are monitored and recorded for quality and security.
