We want residents to have real influence.
We are committed to consulting residents about their homes and communities, involving them in decisions about individual schemes, and asking their views on new policies and procedures.
We want residents to have genuine influence over the housing services we deliver and to give them real choice about the factors that shape their neighbourhoods.
We offer residents various ways to become more involved in the way we operate both through groups co-ordinated by the association and those organised group-wide through East Midlands Housing (EMH) Group.
Resident involvement has benefits for everyone: individuals; the local community; service providers; and landlords. A planned approach to resident involvement makes good business sense. It enables us to provide a more responsive service, which reflects the needs and priorities of our residents.
