Building neighbourhoods

We are committed not just to providing affordable homes but also to helping build sustainable communities, communities in which people are proud to say they live.

We go far beyond the bricks and mortar and invest our money, and our time and expertise, in various initiatives aimed at making our communities better places to live. This involves tackling anti-social behaviour and harassment head-on and working with a range of partners to help improve our streets and estates.

We also work closely with our residents to ensure they can get involved in helping us develop all our services, shaping communities and enhancing their own skills.
