About EMHA
East Midlands Housing Association (EMHA) is a registered provider of affordable homes helping meet the housing needs of families, single people, the elderly and those needing extra support.
EMHA manages 6,000 properties and provides homes to rent and for shared ownership as well as leasehold schemes for the elderly and supported housing schemes.
It works in partnership with local authorities, specialised agencies and private sector companies to provide quality affordable homes for the communities it serves.
EMHA is a not-for-profit organisation. It is registered with the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) which regulates its business and monitors performance.
