Last year, the housing regulator asked housing providers up and down the country to engage with their customers and set up local offers of service. This part of our website is dedicated to keeping you up to date with what is happening with that task.
Local offers means that while we have a set of service promises and standards that are applied across the board, there is recognition that one size does not fit all. The needs of our tenants living in different parts of the East Midlands may well be different and the way we deliver services should reflect that.
We have therefore worked with customers to develop local versions of our services to make sure they are relevant to you and your community. The Customer Council approved and influenced how we ran the setting up of Local Offers.
