Our service promises
Setting out the minimum you can expect from us
We have worked with residents to develop our service promises so that we can ensure our service is as good as it can be. These promises outline the minimum level of service you can expect from us. They cover:

We review our service promises regularly and update them to reflect our customers' views. If at any time you believe the service you receive falls below these standards, please let us know and we will do our best to put it right.
